HELPED NEEDED PLEASE

How can I make the vocal recordings sound like they are coming out of a megaphone/speakerphone? Is there an effect or filter? I appreciate the help. thanks

use an eq: roll off the low end , roll off the top end , kick up the hi mids, add a touch of tight slapback delay, drop an overlimited, overcompressed Compressor plugin and .. bingo.. megaphone..

if you really want to have fun. find a squelch sound effect and add it to the front and back of each line spoken thru the "megaphone" also, add a little tiny "click" on the the front and back of the spoken lines as well...

Also, AmpFarm is great for getting the distortion side going along with the EQ/compression that Georgia posted. Play around with the knobs, works great!
