Avid Legacy Exchange Pro Tools 11?

Dear Avid,
Will you offer an upgrade/exchange program for legacy software and hardware
when Pro Tools 11 is released?
Is Pro Tools 10 the last chance to trade in or exchange legacy hardware?
And do you have an idea of a release date for Pro Tools 11.

Many of us need to plan and modify our business model in expectation of Pro Tools 11 and 64bit.

AVID will always want our money - look how many people have only recently upgraded to HD Accel from MIX systems. When the time comes for 11, I am quite sure they will still allow some form of hardware upgrade.

Perhaps after selling a number of HDX systems in the next year or so, the exchange could even be more lucrative for us than it is now, so it's quite possible that it's a better idea to hold on for now.

I think, even though the 1k price is steep, it's not a bad idea to jump to 10 now since all of our plugs and hardware work with it, and then make the decision to move on after that.

Does anyone know if dealers are offering better prices than the 1k AVID price?
