ERXP::Scrolling past the last page of MIDI CC Chart will crash

Operational problem, not sound.

Scroll through the MIDI CC Reference screens all the way to the end. Scroll past the final screen - Rig Input Select. Screen goes blank and unresponsive. Recovery, AFAICT, is possible only via power cycle.

Edit: This is a bug in the ERXP, in case that wasn't clear.

I can't make any promises as to when it will be fixed, but it should be very rare that someone would hit this in a live/recording situation. Thanks for letting everyone know.
