HD3 to HDX upgrade availability and a few technical questions

I will be upgrading both of my HD3 TDM with 192 i/o rig to HDX and HD i/o.

1- Is there a firm date as to when the HDX cards will be available ???

3- I noticed you can only trade in an HD3 + Digi 192 to HDX + HD I/0 8x8x8 for 8K. How about a package with the HD i/o 16x16

4- What happen to the non HDX enabled AAX plug-ins ( like Waves already confirmed that their plugs will not be ported for the HDX card) ??? Do they simply work as native AAX, assuming they are in AAX format ???

5- I assume PT HDX fully supports Video Satellite running on a MC 5.5 rig or a Video Satellite LE rig with Black Magic capture card.

6- I just quickly tested the ProControl on PT 10HD and it seems to work fine. According to a Digi rep at AES, ProControl ( and Control24 ) will definitely not work anymore with version 11, is this true ???
