Spancontrol for Spanner now available

App Store has finally approved the new Spanner iPad remote app - Spancontrol.
This version is required for the new Spanner 2.5 build, and vice versa.

This version adds:
rebuild of networking to handle multiple users.
meters on the iPad
Trim, LFE control
better ergonomics including colour coding on mode buttons
movie overlay open/close form the iPad
more space above/below the panfield.
in-app preferences and user defined behaviours.
bug fixes.
