Default Avid Space no longer Authorized after reinstall

Hello. I'm on a Pro Tools perpetual license that has upgrades/support extended until late 2023.

I reinstalled my entire system after a hardware issue, and since then, whenever I start Pro Tools, I get "activation is required" for the Space Plugin. It was working fine before, but post reinstall, it does not.

My iLok has never had a standalone space license on it, I had Space as part of the included plugin suite from Protools 11 or 12 (can't remember which). I've tried with my "Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle" license on an iLok key as well as in the iLok cloud, but no success with either.

I've tried installing version 12.0, 12.1, 18.10 but get the same result every time.

All of the other included plugins work fine. Anybody have a similar issue or know how I can get this working? I have several projects using the plugin from before I reinstalled. Thanks!

Just a quick update; I can see on my iLok license manager that "Pro Tools Plan", where I assume the license for the 12.2 plug bundle sits, is expired, despite the fact that I renewed my protools support plan until late 2023 before it says it expired. Anybody from Avid here that can comment? Thanks

The Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle Installer should be in your Avid Account.

Have you installed it? It’s included with all Pro Tools and Pro Tools | Ultimate subscriptions at no extra charge, according to:

If the Bundle isn’t already on your iLok, in the latest iLok License Manager, go to View>Available Licenses for Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle(26), move it to your iLok, “Synchronize” iLok.

Create a Case at http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation then include all info

Avid will give you a case number
