Have the same issue here. Brand new Pro Tools First dans it says I've reached the maximum amount of project. Also, I heard about an enable/disable ''Backup to cloud'' buttons, but it's not there.

Same problem for me. Looking at the cloud, I should have projects available, but I don't. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially since it took 3 days to get my forum account approved so I could post here.

same issue here.

avid does not support PTF..
So i bought hardware that was promoted with PTF, but i cant use it because of this nonsense.
Can somebody help resetting account or something like that?

I'm having the same issue here: Maximum amount of projects has been reached... and I have not started a project yet.

I'm having the same issue too, "Maximum amount of projects has been reached". I have no projects created yet, cloud says: Projects 0 / 3 Storage 1.0 Gb.
Please reset my account if you think this action will fix the problem.

Same issue here too. I bought a Focusrite 3rd Gen 4i4, installed iLOK License Manager and Pro Audio First, linked the accounts, yet I could not create a single project. Please reset my cloud as this seems to be a common bug.
