TDM SCSI vs. Firewire
My SCSI drive has just died and I'm thinking of getting a firewire drive instead since it is alot cheaper. Any thoughts on this. I know for years SCSI was the way to go for protools but I'm wondering how much releavance that has in todays world. Will going IDE have any effects on performance/speed/etc?
PT 5.0.1 TDM system running on g4 500mHz OS9 Thanks, Liebgott |
