Default Eleven Rack Hardware Reamp negative latency AKA Early???

Hello, I have an Eleven Rack and Pro tools 9. I recently reamped the dry signal out of the outputs to amp, into an amp and cab, mic'd the output using 3 mics, 1 to the built in mic input, the others through focusrite pre's into the line inputs of the Eleven Rack. What is interesting is that the reamped signal is earlier than the dry signal, by at least 1300 samples. Does anyone know why this might be?
