LCD Displays (Cinema in particular)
I have powered Mackie monitors on either side of my Cinema Display, and it causes the most annoying HUM you ever heard. Switch off the display: no hum. Also, if the 'brightness' isn't cranked to 100%, there's also a loud, constant tone (C#) wailing away. What the ...???
Is this a digital LCD issue? Are others using the ACD with no problems? [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Another thing to try is to see if your speakers are sheilded. Some speakers are int3rnally shielded for using next to monitors and VGA's but if yours aren't you'll have to move them farther away from the LCD.
