Default Make wall clock chase Mac?

While going through some old gear in storage I came across a wall clock that slaves to an external master, like the Leitch/Torpey/ESE units used in broadcast stations and schools etc.

I'm wondering if there's a way to make my Mac the source of time-of-day information and have the wall clock chase that?

I have less than zero idea how this would be accomplished, or if it's even practical, but if there's a way, I bet someone here will know!
