Unable to link to file "filename.mov" due to either a missing CODEC or the file may be unsupported.

I have received this error message trying to complete an assignment for a Pro Tools Class. I attempted to import video and drag in video. I have installed all codecs LE, converted the video type to ProRes. And even Repaired my disk as this article suggested: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...o-Pro-Tools-11 Despite this I have had no success.

I know there have been previous threads about this issue, but I was wondering if anymore information has surfaced.

OS version: OS X 10.9.5
Audio Interface:Behringer UMC404HD 192k
Pro Tools Version: 12.8.1
