Track Resizing itself in 7.3... why?

I just updated to 7.3 this week. Most of the new features are really great.
However there is some new and very weird behavior that is driving me nuts.

If I have a track set to medium height and I am working on a region in that track, whenever I double click on it, it changes the track height to small and scrolls up to the top of the edit window.

Another time, I would click on a track and it would change the track height and bump my selection arrow up to the next track.

Basically, it seems as though the track heights keep readjusting themselves without me telling it to. Particularly when I double click on a region.

Is there a reason why this would be happening or is it a bug?

I seem to remember reading something about this being a "feature"?

Is there something I can turn off that would make this behavior stop. It is really annoying and it slows down my workflow.

You might have zoom toggle enabled? just below the zoomer tool? is it highlighted in blue.

Man, thank you!!! That was driving me crazy. Every time I would get a session from a particular studio, my tracks would resize. Didn't see that new option, thanks!!!
