Default cloud Storage

deleted and cleared out my projects list on my dashboard. However it still says 32% of my storage is being used!! How is this when i don't have any projects? After i deleted the Projects list and tried to start over it ive reached the maximum number of projects for this account. So is there a way to start over? Ive deleted all of the tracks and i cant access anything in the cloud. PLEASE HELP!!!

You’re going to need AVID support to reset your Cloud. The same thing happened to me before.

Someone from AVID should see it on here. You can’t raise a case directly when you’re using Pro Tools First.

Again this is a user forum not Avid support so it can take some time before anyone of the admins reads this. Support do not hang here thats for sure but Jeffro or Tope pops in sonetimes but if you are in a hurry you should buy a ASC Avid Support Code ticket.

ive seen that pro tools first users have had their project count and storage/cloud reset to zero with the exact same situation as mine. Can someone from Avid support please do the same for me? im at a standstill and cant use pro tools first what so ever and I never even got to finish or create One single project/song
