Default New license won't accept old license to surrender

Today, i took a look at the ILM and found a "ProTools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12/) (4)" in the list of the "Available Licences".
In the info says, that i have to surrender a ProTools 12 License, in order to complete the activation. In my iLok2 i have the license bundle "ProTools 10/11/12 (NT) (3). When i try to complete the process an error message appears:

"One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account.
Click OK to end this operation."

I guess that's because it looks for a single "ProTools 12", and i have a bundle including that license... Do i have to contact the support about this?
Will that cause any issues with the imminent ProTools 12.6 release, i wonder?

I am having this same issue currently. Submitted a support case to avid. Still awaiting a response.

Default Protools 12.6 license issue

I can't get my protools running since it was updated to 12.6

iLOK messages:
"One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account.
Click OK to end this operation"
cant surrender or activate.
This is how it shows on iLOK list:

-Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015: Deposit date 05/13/2016 <license>
-Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) : Deposit date 09/28/2016 <license>
-Pro Tools Plan : Deposit date: 05/13/2016 <subscription>

I have support until 2019 and it is a perpetual version.
I own a AVID duet.

And when I run Pro tools:
"You dont have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses have activations available.
You have one pending license delivery that requires you to surrender one or more licenses from you account..." blah blah

Please fix this issue...I am losing so many gigs of this problem...

Default Protools 12.6 license issue

So do I ! What a mess !
And guess what ? Can't find my ID anymore on avid.myaccount !! So I cannot send a message to them !!
Please AVID, WAKE UP !!

Ps: update plan until march 2017.

Default What is that nightmare !!!!

I am (was???) a protools user for years and this morning the application manager downloaded the 12.6 version without any questions.
Now I'm Stuck!!!! so much work in progress to finish before monday and tool to work.

When I lunch protools, It tells me to activate my license. I open the Ilok manager and but the message is always: "one or more licence to surrender cannot be found in your account...

What do I have to do? do I have to pay something? and if yes how much, fort what??? I don't understand anything and don't find any information.

This is such unprofessionnal from Avid.

Is there someone to help me???

There are many others who have this same issue.

Try and update the ilok license manager ILM and restart the computer, see if that helps anything and if not please let us know. Best of Luck

Are you sure that your new licenses activated on your ilok key, not on account? Check this out.
