Indeed^^^^ That's the short term solution. Something to contemplate for the future; check to see if the computer has a SPDIF output on it. If it does, a future "upgrade" might include a monitor/source switcher with a SPDIF input. The reason I suggest this is because its likely that the audio quality via the mini-TRS output is not that good(probably a bit noisy and poor bandwidth) Using a digital output will likely cure that deficiency. Quite happy with a Presonus Central Station here, but I'm sure there are other options
