PTLE and SCMS
If I set the optical port on my digi001 for SPIDF, will it allow me to record a SCMS protected MiniDisc?
Is there any way I can set it to ignore SCMS? TIA

Re: PTLE and SCMS
-SCMS prevents making a digital copy from a digital copy.
-Pro Tools does not enable the SCMS flag on any audio passed out of its S/PDIF RCA or Optical outputs. Therefore, you should have no problems performing a digital transfer from the Digi001 to your MIniDisc. -Your MiniDisc recorder may still flag the incoming audio with SCMS, so you might not be able to make a digital copy from the MiniDisc.
