Default 6.7 and ProControl and Glidepoint mouse

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this upgrade problem:-

Since the upgrade form 6.4 cs xyz to 6.7 the Glidepoint mouse on my Procontrol has stopped functioning correctly:-

1) The only way to make it move the pointer is to keep my finger on the left mouse button whilst moving my finger around the pad

2) A single left button click is now achieved by pushing both mouse buttons simultaneously

All else is fine, in fact superb, a great update Digi! (apart from my mouse of course)

Yes I do! - Well uhh, I mean no I used to use it pre 6.7 that is. Why don't you?

News from Digi is that I've found a bug which has been duly noted and brought to the attention of the development folks across the pond.

FYI - Reply from Digidesign tech support - Just in case you have the same problem.

Thank you for the information.

I have recreated this problem with our PT 6.7 setup and can confirm that
this appears to be a bug within the software.

I have forwarded your details and problem to our engineering team in the
US who will address the issue.

I'm afraid I was unable to find a workaround that would allow you to use
the Glidepoint mouse in the meantime
