Why did the ADAT in/out on my 003 stop working after installing PT9 on Mac Pro 2011 ?

Excuse me for my very bad english.
I'm a Pt9.x french user.
I buy a Mac Pro 2011, with LION 7.X, the tast version
I use Protools 9.0.6, last version
And the last driver version for my 003

So at the beginning, all was OK.

But the last week, i losted my ADAT IN/out.

CAn you help me ?Please

Is it just not showing up in the I/O or is it available for selection but not working? If it's not showing up, go to Setup I/O and add it or hit the default button and it will reset the I/O for your interface. If the I/O is available but not working, then je ne sais pas.
