Avid HDX Driver issue Pro tools 2019.12

Hi everyone,
I'have a Mac Pro 2012 with avid hdx and 2 avid I/o 16i/o
Everything worked fine since last month. Pro Tools starts to not found the avid hdx driver, randomly. Nothing in the morning, than after 2-3-4-5 restart, finally worked. Every day like this.

First I thought it was an hardware fault because was random, but when it starts working...everything was smooth and perfect. But everyday was a pain in the ass to star working.

So I tried a fresh clean install on a new ssd with osx high Sierra and just pro tools installed. It worked perfectly. So I understood that some strange software conflict was happened on main osx.

I've reinstalled everything, huge work. After having reinstall the native instrument komplete stuff....the problem...again, the same!!! no avid hdx driver

I've searched a lot, googled everything but I haven't found an answer.
I'm going crazy and also I'm very nervous because these software are designed and programmed by big company like native instruments and avid and I paied everything A LOT. It's crazy having this kind of incompatibility between these software house and is not documented.
