Default Pb leds on d-command main units

Hi,

I use a D-command on my studio and have some troubleshouting since a short circuit has occured today.

The leds have began to flash, so I reboot the two units, then the short circuit has occured and since all the leds doesn't light anymore on the main unit but still work on the fader pack.

I've tried to adjust the brightness and the contraste but still no leds.

Reset the firmware didn't change anything.

Tried all leds test (vegas, yellow...)but no bargraph or any led's works.

However, the faders still work.

Is this a problem with the led power supplie?

How can I fix this? Do I have to change the led PSU?

How do I do that?

How much it will cost?

Thx for your answers.
Regards.

Hi,

I would imagine there would be a feed from the main power board to the LED controller board, so likely it has blown something on the power feed to the LED board.

You will need to get an electronics expert to check the power supply and all power feeds for continuity and voltage.

You could take apart and check the power supply for visual issues and see if there are any noticeably blown/brown components or a fuse thats blown etc.

You might get lucky but i expect it will need an expert to diagnose and fix.
