Default Separate cue mixes

This is probably a basic question for most, but how do I set up my mixing board (tascam dm 24) to have mulitple headphone mixes. I think I could use one of my Aux sends but not sure how to set up that routing. Anybody with a little direction for me would be appreciated. I posted this on the tascam site but got no response, thought maybe I would have better luck here. Thanks
