error occurred installing Shoe Tool
I hadn't run PT11 in a week and when I try to run it I get this error message:
"An error occurred installing Shoe Tool. Try running a build with signed components first to get it installed properly." I have an ilok2 plugged in. What gives? |

Re: Uh, WTF is this?
nothing changed. I was on vacation. Hadn't touched the computer. I do not have automatic OSX updates. I re-installed to 11.3 and still the same thing. I don't get it.

Re: Uh, WTF is this?
iMac (late 2013)
Processor: 3.5ghz Intel core i7 Memory: 32 GB 1600 mhz DDR3 Graphicss: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB Audio interface: Zoom Tac-8 via Thunderbolt No Avid hardware USB3 drive for recording. I tried trashing prefs, deleting the shoe file as shown in prior post and re-installing both Protools 11.3 and ilok software. Still get error message. I stand corrected. The Zoom Tac-8 is new since I opened Protools last. |
