Eddie,
If you talking about the snake lines in between the Stage Rack and FOH Rack, that usually indicates a hardware failure. I assume that that pair of cables does not pass signal. Can you try to swap the order of the cables to see if the problem follows the cable or the BNC input/output? -Rich
