Default Red snake line in devices window

What does it mean when one or in my case two snake channels are red in the devices window?

Eddie,

If you talking about the snake lines in between the Stage Rack and FOH Rack, that usually indicates a hardware failure. I assume that that pair of cables does not pass signal.

Can you try to swap the order of the cables to see if the problem follows the cable or the BNC input/output?
