Default Avid S1: Select Button Behaviour

In PT using my Avid S1, I click the SEL button and nothing happens. How do I get it to select a track?

In Eucon preferences, I tested the "Select by Touch" feature and when touching a fader, it automatically selected it in PT. But, when I manually hit the SEL button, nothing happens.
