Things i love about ProTools...

[#1.] each channel has a hidden menu in the Mixer, that allows to see MORE Inserts.

[#2.] plugins can be moved freely, up & down, left or right.

each channel has a hidden menu in the Mixer, that allows to see Latency Compensation per channel.

has 3 values...
latency reported by all the plugins in that channel. "the sum of all fears"
2nd. a manual compensation, if needed..
and 3rd. the actual compensation made by Pro Tools.

when Input Monitoring is Active, or Record Enabled,
ProTools enters automatically in Low Latency Mode, that means it disables Latency Compensation.

for some things, that is useful for some not,
not to worry,

[#5.] in Latency monitor menu, Low Latency Mode can be Override with Normal Latency Compensation in Monitor Input/Record Mode.
cmp becomes Blue in all channels or a single channel.

[#7.] RAM Disk Cache.
[#8.] Different VU & Peak Meters.
[#9.] Master channel can have different VU & Peak Meter, than the Channels!. Awesome! Also Transport!
[#10.] Plugins can be By-Passed or Deactivated.
[#11.] Keyboard Shortcuts interact with Mouse.
[#12.] some people will Booo me for this, but i love ilok. LOL!
[#13.] When opening a .ptx or .ptf that has plugins out of range... for example: opening a session made in UltraHD 4k or a multi-monitor setup with a single FullHD monitor... all active plugins outside the window are unreachable....
But...
ProTools jumps "like the movie Jumper (2008)" any active plugin to the default location where the mouse is, no matter where it is, pressing Shift+Mouse L.Click any plugin on the Mixer window,
Jumps right in your face.

in other softwares, there is endless scroll bars on the sides, endless drag.
