HELP! DAE 1115 error on Audio Import!!

Hey!

So I am having a problem. Halfway through a session Protools started getting a DAE -1115 error and crashing on Audio import. No idea what changed but a DAW is defintely useless without audio. In order to get it back working i have to turn off my interface (003) and reseat the cable on both ends. Anyone seen this before? Let me know!

Stats:
Windows xp pro
AMD athlon 3200+
1 gig DDR (pc3200)
Diamon Radeon 9550
Whatever the firewire card digidesign reccomends (cant remember which one it is...)
003 rack interface
Protools 7.3 (havent updated yet.. wouuld that help?)

Also I have done all the protools recomended stuff to optomize dont have a network card running when using it (actually disabled it and unplugged the cable). Cant think of anything else other then selling my gear, buying a new interface and nuendo... Let me know if you have any idea's. After a year of struggle my beleif in digidesign is on the ropes.

You should start with the steps in the Win XP/ Pro Tools 6.x/7.x General Troubleshooting thread and post specific info on your system per the info on that thread if you're unable to resolve the problem.
