problem in midi record and playbak

hi all,i have a problem in midi recording.pt not record exactly all the note that i play,for example i play 4 *1/4 bom,bom,bom,bom ,recorded not change to another bit like bom,bobom,,,,bom.and sometime the clik also not play truthly.in wave record and playback everything is ok.
is there anyone can helpme?
