Im looking for the more better appealing panel. Burlap is not the nicest looking thats why my question was if they both performed the same. Now not sure which other one I can with.. was leaning towards the suede but I want to match the same qualities but with a more professional looking panel..

Quit asking and quit worrying. Buy the suede and have fun(we want to see pictures when you're done)

I'm going to guess that the room will sound better with the panels - regardless of what they are covered with.

I can understand what you mean , but honestly that would be the case if I justed needed some panels to treat my room, I wouldnt care how they looked.. that fact is I am investing about $20,000 on this construction. so not only do they have to treat, but they also have to look amazing. thats the only reason

If you wanted to really make the room look hot... how about using custom images over the panels like this http://mixmasteredacoustics.com/prod...ic-art-panels/

I used "Weed Blocker" to cover my panels. You know, the stuff you put in your garden. Find it in the gardening section of Home Depot. Its cheap and looks better than burlap (and works just as well!)
