Default Softsynths Messy in PT

I do electronic music and I use a lot of midi tracks. Lately I've been using more softsynths like virus, reaktor, pro 52, and ssc. I find that my sessions get confusing setting up so many Aux tracks for each incident of the synth, plus their midi tracks. Does anybody else have this problem? Does anybody have a solution? I wish PT had instrument tracks like Logic.....

Burn them to audio.

I know that sounds like a simple answer but you can really get wild with stuff once it is audio...that is the huge power of PT.

I do that then I put in the trackname/notes area on the midi track what softsynth I used, with the patch, etc. Then I mute it and then I take it off my mixer by clicking on the track name on the left edit window (forgot the name of it). I then delete the aux track it was on.
