EUCON 3.7 crashes immediately!!!!!

Ok - If I hit the launch with Eucon tab - it does actually work - despite telling me it isn't compatible

4 clean installs of 3.7, still crashes when opening PT.

I had the same issue and after trying a few things this worked for me:

Uninstall v3.7 and trashing the folder "Euphonix" left in your applications folder (assuming you are on MacOS), install again v3.7 with all other apps closed but peripherals switched on. Open EUC and tick EUcontrol under the "Auto-launch Apps" sub menu, restart the computer (EUC should now open on boot up) and open PT.
I didn't uninstall the old version before installing v3.7 so I can only asume that was the issue.

I also got the weird message with the silly "Minimum EuCon build: 65,916" build number at startup in Logic Pro 10.3.1, I clicked on "Launch with EUcon" and seems to work fine.
All my settings/soft keys/num pad configuration are still there, no need to trash preferences...

Is this just happening on MAC? I am on a PC. I just upgraded PT to 12.8.2 and EuCon 3.7 and I didn't experience any crashing.

Uninstalling Eucon and deleting euphonix folder in applications, install and restart worked for me.

Mac here . Won’t be able to try clean install until Friday . Hopefully it works

We'll have it fixed well before then and swap out the installer....so re-download on Friday before you install.

We found the issue and it's not to do with the software but the installer. The workaround until we generate a new installer is to simply uninstall 3.7(or3.6) and reinstall it. No need for the Clean EUCON script.

Uninstalling and re-installing 3.7 still crashes EUCON all the time when PT is on..
