Default PT8 LE Install Error "Microsoft Register Server"
Hi,

I just installed PT8 LE Upgrade.
After restarting the system, an error comes up saying "Microsoft Register Server has stopped working"

I am assuming this is where I would normally enter in my authorization code, but it is crashing. So I cannot enter the code.

Then if I try to run PT it will start loading and then come up with an error "could not complete your request because access violation occurred unable to read location 0x00000000 ....."
So that is where it stops because it has not been activated.

Any help/info would be appreciated!!
Very frustrating few hours I have had trying to get this running

I am using Windows Vista and 003 rack.

Just re-started and tried opening PT8

The program starts loading and then this error message pops up:


Entry Point not Found

The procedure entry point
?Destry@RadiusEngine@iZRadius_v1_1@@SAXPAV12@@Z
could not be located in the dynamic link library
iZotop_Radius_Win32.dll



I have no idea what this means

You problem appears to be related to the Izotope plugin(s) you have installed.

Would you please download the Tech Support Folder for PT8, run the tech support Utility from it, generate a version report, and post the results here?
