That time of the year ago: unable to renew Ultimate Support Contract
Every single year.
EVERY SINGLE YEAR. This year I am unable to renew a support contract because Avid's POS store says that the currency for my account doesn't match with my locale. I am in the UK, my cards are UK cards, my addresses on Avid's website is n the UK. Seriously- Every F*king Year.

Just FYI, I've been able to do it via a reseller which has ended up costing me more than it would otherwise.
It would be *SO VERY NICE* if Avid could get their act together and have a website that didn't seem to want to screw you over every year.
