PT wont play by using spacebar after writing automation on DIGI EQ

I just did a clean install of 10.8 and went straight to 10.8.4
Then I innstalled PT 10.3.7
Native with OMNI
and Eucon 3.0.1
Nothing else on it
Im using a Mac_Pro 4.1 2x2.26 Quad-core 16 16gb

In a session... any session.
And yess I have gone over all in the keyb settings.

When I choose a region and use Digi EQ and want to write automation,
I dial in the EQ and then OPt cmnd / (like I have done for years)
and BOOM , spacebar wont work.... doesnt play..
BUT if I make the digi EQ window go away THEN spacebar works fine ..

I have shown this to a grp of guys and the local AVID support team..

IS this a known bug or Am i just unique, like my mom thinks

Just to rule it out :
in the open Eq plugin, in the numeric read out of the values, there is not a number in one of the number fields, that has not been "entered" ? (all numbers are green on black background ?)

No AudioSuite plugin or any other insert plugin open ?

Can you post that session for others to examine ?

The problem is not occurring with my setup (no controller, no Omni).

Meanwhile, until this behaviour is confirmed as a bug; why not use Preview ?

I've seen this with a few plugins. Clicking back on the PT window always solves it here. Another reason to like having separate transport buttons(go, Faderport)

joachim , this is in all sessions, and yes no AS plugs is open.

The thing is, this is a clean install Mac OS and a clean install og PT10.3.7

nothing else, no other plugs just the ones from AVID.

I just this morning we did a another clean install on another Mac pro , same CPU same MEM Same everything, and BOOM there it is again...

Ok.
You could make a session (without audio files) downloadeable.
If it not happens when I open it, you can narrow things down to Omni,Eucon,conflicting shortcuts ... .
