Installing program over pro tools 10.3.10 or less

Installing program over pro tools 10.3.10 or less

Hi,

Have attempted to install pro tools 1st on windows 10, but the following message appears:
Incompatible pro tools installation detected. Before installing pro tools 12, please uninstall pro tools or upgrade to pro tools 10.3.10 or higher
Programs in apps are Avid link, video engine, codecs le, cloud client and pro tools express
I have attempted to uninstall pro tools express but seems to reappear. Have also used ccleaner and glary utilities to uninstall pro tools express without success.
Anyone have any idea whats preventing installation of pro tools 1st and how I can i uninstall pro tools express
