Optimizing Mac OS for Pro Tools LE?
I normally run Pro Tools on a Mac, but I've temporarily migrated to Windows until Leopard compatibility arrives for my new Mac Pro. Through this forum I found a list of TONS of things you can do to Windows XP to optimize it for Pro Tools -- from not using a desktop image to speeding up menus via a regEdit. Many of these suggestions are not mentioned in the Pro Tools manual.
I'm wondering if there is a similar list for Mac OS (obviously not specifically for Leopard yet, but maybe some general Mac OS tips to streamline a Mac for Pro Tools so a minimum number of processes are running in the background).

Re: Optimizing Mac OS for Pro Tools LE?
The general troubleshooting thread above includes tweaks that could be considered optimizations. That's a good place to start.
