DAE error -1115 was encountered

Hi fellows...

I'm having a problem since last night... Please read it carefully...

Yesterday I had a energy failing in my house... Then when the energy was back I realized my "power device - 480w" was damaged... Today earlier I went to the store and bought a new one "500w"... Then I tried to run Pro Tools (BTW is the 8.0 cs2) and its not working anymore... OMG, everything was really ok untill yesterday...!!!

Now, when I try to open PT 8, I get a message saying: "DAE error -1115 was encountered" and it doesnt work anymore...

Is there anybody able to help me on this...? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME ASAP... I HAVE LOTS OF PROJECTS RUNNING AND CANT STOP...!!!

I appreciate your concerns but the point is everything was ok till last night... I mean, the devices are connected at the same port as well they were last night, and everything was working... Then I wonder, what happened...? Anyway, I will unplug my other devices and see what happens... I will unplug my cam and my printer, but I cant unplug my mouse of course... I will do it right now to see what happens...!!!

Not my concerns... just passing along a possibility. Have you searched Digidesign or this forum for your error message? There many references to this error in the DUC archives.
You are giving us very little information, by the way. All we know for certain is that you are running PT 8 on some undefined PC, presumably with some Digi interface.

Sorry for any misunderstanding cause my English... According to my original post, everything was working untill last night... BTW, my system has been working really good since around 6 months ago... I started a new system (new computer, memory, etc) in April 2009... And it is totally Digidesign compatible... Then it was working untill last night, when the energy failed... Then I had to buy a new power "500w" and after that this situation happened...

BTW, I realized the MBOX was poping up when Windows starts... As if it wasnt installed yet, got it...? And to top it all, ip pops up twice, as if there 2 devices... Maybe thats the problem, I suppose... I will try plug MBOX in all usb ports, one by one, to see if it works normal, with no "poping up"... I wonder maybe my system can recognize the mbox properly, then it can work eventually... I will start some tests about this issue and let you know...
