problem with ilok drivers

help can anyone advise what I need to do to download the drivers I need for the ilok.
I've registered an account ok with ilok, downloaded the drivers 32 folder for vista but when I try to run it nothing happens, my ilok came without a disk and everytime Ive tried to download off the internet pace website still nothing happens, should I re-register or should I install the ingnition pack which I am yet to do.
