Default Time-Stretching Midi Data???

This might be a really silly question, but here goes;

Is there a way to stretch midi data in the same way you would audio? I mean, I could manually drag the data to the correct length and spot where I want it to be, but this would be extremely time-consuming. I was curious if there was a "shortcut" for this.

Say I wanted to all of my midi data to be at half the speed it originally was... (Without changing the tempo of the session)

Anyone?

Thanks in advance,
Stinky Stan

Put the MIDI track in region view, make sure the region is separated at the points (start and end) that you want to compress, and use the TCE tool to make the region half the size that it is.
