Please delete the OLD Transfer of Ownership Form

Over and over I see people list how to sell AVID Pro Tools software and Hardware with wrong information. I believe this is because they find the outdated TOO form. This is because when you do a simple search for

Pro Tools Transfer of Ownership - on Google you get this:

Link number 2 is the AVID TOO form. This gets you to:
http://avid.force.com/pkb/servlet/fi...BEi0000000LNzq

Its the wrong form. Its the old form. There is no link to the new one on the search page (though link #1 does take you to the correct "How do I submit a TOO..." which can lead you to the right TOO page.

Can you PLEASE delete this old form!!!!

And why not put the link to how to sell a PT system on the Licensing page.

That PDF is no longer in our system, but still cached in Google's search.

We did add a link to the current KB article/form as a sticky in the Licensing and Buy & Sell forums.
