Pro Tools 11 Download Help

Hi there, I have a new computer and would like to download my copy of Pro Tools 11 again, in order to transfer it over.

My Avid account is registered to my old student email: ******
However I can't remember my password and would like to reset it but can't access my old student email account anymore. I just need access my account in order to re download my copy of Pro Tools 11.

Is this a student license? If so, are you still a student?
Do you have a valid ilok license?

Hi, it is a perpetual license that I bought when I was a student, I am no longer a student and do not have access to the student email I signed up with.
I do still have access to both the iLok and the iLok account that I signed up with.
