Default Help!!!! Motherboard and Processor

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. I'm a musician and not a computer builder so I have no idea if the 002 will work with these motherboards and processors. Just to give you a little background, I'm thinking of moving from 001 to MPowered but I don't want to buy a whole new PC. Okay, here are the products I'm thinking of purchasing:

***Motherboards***
GIGABYTE GA-K8N51GMF-9 Motherboard - Socket 939 nForce4 PCI-E mATX
GIGABYTE K8NSC-939 Motherboard - Socket 939 NForce 3 AGP ATX
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard - Socket 939 NF4 Ultra ATX PCI-E

***Processor***
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Socket 939
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ S939

Thanks in advance,

Obscene
