Can't access grid or nudge value window in PTF!

For some reason I am unable to access the grid/nudge value pop-up window in the top right corner of the edit window in PTF. I've tried stretching out the window but can't get it to where I can get to that little pop-up that enables the user to change these values. I'm using an old bondi Imac with a CRT. I thought maybe they wrote the program for those 17" flat panels.....but...who knows? A bug, perhaps? I've tried changing the monitor settings but it stays the same. I could probably live without the nudge value.....but REALLY need that grid value changer for penciling in those eigth and sixteenth notes. Has anyone else had this happen on a CRT monitor? Any and all help would be appreciated!

Check your monitor settings. You may have the width going off your screen.
