Install the update. Run the authorizer and type in your code. It then asks if you want to put the license on your computer or on the attached iLok. I put them on my iLok.

There is no library download with this one. Just the plugin updates and new licensing.

Your email contains links to the v2.04 Download Page – plus a link for Activation Instructions.

Download your Installers.

Next paragraph is my suggestion:
Leave the previous version (mostly 2.02) of AIEP Instruments installed, but remove all AIEP Plug-Ins from RTAS/AAX32/AAX64/VST32/VST64 Folders – “quarantine” them to an external drive for Backup.

For your products costing $0 to upgrade, copy your Activation Codes to Desktop.
Open Pro Tools while online – as your Plug-Ins load, Pro Tools will stop loading while an AIR Plug-In prompts you to Hit the Activate button – here you’ll get the chance of where to install – computer and/or iLok.
(We get 3 “seats” per license).

Usually this is a royal pain in the beeehind and i push it for as long as I can but this time it seem like someone has re-thought the process (Thank the Lord) and I will start this update today.

I will put it on ilok aswell so prayers start now

Still only seeing two seats per license, not three.

When we installed, we got the option of installing to computer and iLok.
I just chose iLok (guess you did too).
Another guess: perhaps if we’d chosen computer, we’d still have 2 more “seats” left on our iLok?
Maybe someone who has installed to computer can clarify.

That might be it. Everything I've found on the subject says three licenses, but doesn't elaborate.

I just asked AIR Music Technology:

"On installing, I didn’t choose “install to Computer” – instead, I installed to my iLok, which only shows 2 of 2 Activations used – with no mention of the 3rd Activation.
How do I now install my 3rd Activation to my computer?
(I realise I should have chosen this option first!)"

Yes, I get the same when using Loom and Vacuum Pro, Hybrid is OK. It's when a patch is selected that you get the -20008 error when trying to save. Remove the instance and all works again.
I got around this by loading them into Blue Cat's Patchwork Synth as VSTs - all works fine then. But, don't try this after getting the -20008 error on that session because it gives a black screen where Loom/Vacuum pro should appear and then causes PT to crash - no warning, chance to report!

(Mac pro late 2013, 3.5GHz 6 core Intel Xeon E5, 16GM RAM, MacOS 10.10.2, PT 11.3.0)
