Hello everybody,
I hope someone could help me . I was working on PC, until yesterday. I bought an Imac, and now I'm just reinstalling all my softwares .
When I try to register Pro tools they tell me that the authorization code is already used...I don't know how to operate because my PC doesn't work anymore and know I want to work only on my mac... and I can't...
Some help please, and sorry for my poor English :)

This is odd as you are allowed to install Pro Tools on 2 computers. The proper code to authorize the software will start with DIGI0800...... or similar(depending on which version). What does your code start with and what version of Pro Tools and OSX do you have?

it starts with DIGI0800, and I have the Mac OS X 10.6.4 .

I think the probleme is that I registred online first time.. but I don't know how to deel with this now
