I heard a rumour that OSX reads NTFS, but OS9 wont. You will need to open them on a PC and Save Session Copy on a different drive

Don't think so.

I could never get NTFS to work properly. I think you're referring to the fact that OSX reads FAT32 and OS9 doesn't (As standard).

OSX and OS9 will read MSDOS FAT32, i'm quite sure. but neither will read NTFS. You need to get data off the drive and reformat it as FAT32 in windows.

OS X 10.3.1 will read NTFS (not write).

I was skeptical of the above post, but a search at apple.com came up with this little tidbit of info:

"Note: Mac OS X 10.3 Panther works with local NTFS-formatted volumes. The volume will be read-only."

That's pretty shocking! I'll have to try this out. As for OS9 reading it, I think that isn't going to happen.

Thank you all for your answers!
Is there any program (like MacOpener on the PC side) that will let you do this job on the mac???
