Default Guides can't be found via help menu

Hi! When i want to open the Reference Guide (or any othe PT guide) PT can't find it. But the documents are on my disk and i can open them manualy. Maybe it's in the wrong location? Where should the guides be?

Thanks in advance

...sorry for my previous post! I finally find the answer thru the DUC :
BUT this is definitely a bug in the localization of PT 10 and 11!
You have to go to "System Preferences">"Language and text" then drag "english" language in the very first position. Relaunch protools. You should have all dialogs and menus in English and by clicking Help>Reference Guide the correct .pdf file should launch even if you're disconnected from internet.
Good luck to all of you!
... and please, Avid people, FIX THAT BUG!
