When upgrading from Pro Tools M-Powered ACADEMIC 7.3 to Pro tools m-powered 7.4, is there any fonction that I have in the academic 7.3 version that won't be included in the m-powered 7.4 version(because it is not academic)?

Ok thx, and if I update my license to pt 7.4 on iLok, will I still be able to run pro tools ACADEMIC 7.3?

Digi Translator only gives you the ability to Import OMF files etc.. It's the DV Toolkit 2 that gives you SMPTE display.. Which MP does not support.
