Ilok Issue when starting up

Hi my pro tools mp 9 was working fine a few months ago i havnt been using Pro tools 9 too much lately but want to get started again and when i go to start it up i get this.
Error. missing iLOk authorization for ''Pro Tools MP 9''
Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools.
What do i need to do thanks

Is your iLok plugged in? Have you verified that the MP9 asset is ON the iLok(just because its in your account at iLok.com, doesn't mean its on the iLok). Is the iLok being recognized by the computer?(open Device Manager and see if its on the list). Have you done the system tweak of turning OFF the power management feature on all USB ports(aka Root hubs in Deviec Manager)?

I dont remember if i registered it on ilok.com i just remember installing it with the cd-rom then when it loaded up it asked me to enter the registery info without having to go to ilok.com.
Do i have to ask them for help.
The ilok shows up in device manager aswell
How do i go about finding if MP9 asset is ON the ilok? I dont see a icon for it to click into. Thanks for help nobody else was helping.

Also uninstalling and reinstalling the ILOK driver and the ILOK client program fixes things most of the time.

Because you have not used PT in a while you could have installed something that is now conflicting with the ILOK driver.

Ive done all that even downloaded and repaired with new update. Now after nearlly loading i get this messege The program cant start because MSVCR71D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling.
Do you knw whats wrong with this?
