12.5 video Issues help

Hi all,

I've recently upgraded to PT 12.5 and am having yet more issues with the video engine. Theres a notable 1 second lag when i hit play and when i hit stop, the video jumps back by 2 frames. Its incredibly frustrating and AVID have been less than helpful in sorting out the issues so i was wondering if anyone has had similar issues and has found a solution?
